Advance Diabetes Training Program – Earn 12-16 hours CE credit – This two day program is designed to provide a case-based approach to the management of patients with diabetes. A focus will be on complicated patients with multiple co-morbidites. The program will provide examples of the documentation tools required to meet the requirements of an ADA recognized DSMT/E program along with how to create a progress note and physician recommendation letter.
